What do you like best about Plane?

I really appreciate the platform's clean interface, which makes it simple to add information. The customer support team is also very responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience. What do you like best about Plane?

I like that Plane offers ease of access, making it convenient to use. It's much more straightforward compared to other HR payroll platforms I've used before, leading to fewer user pain points concerning the user experience. The platform's efficiency lets me easily update information and provide additional details as I fill in information. I appreciate how everything is direct and straightforward, allowing me to quickly navigate to the request for payment page, fill out forms, upload PDFs, and view the history of payments I've requested. The initial setup was simple too; I could just sign in with my Google account, making the process pretty easy. What do you dislike about Plane?

I would say just being able to update information. I've noticed that with some of the previous invoices that I've sent, it doesn't keep the new address that I updated for. So I don't know if that's a Plane issue or not, but there's no way to communicate that across the platform that my address has been updated and also needs to be updated on the invoice as well. I like how Plane makes it simple to edit info like my bank account number. It's straightforward and never misses any date. What do you like best about Plane?

The platform is easy to access and the customer service is outstanding. I appreciate being able to download a payment receipt that shows full details of the transfer, including key things like a UETR number, which is often hard to find in international transaction data. What do you dislike about Plane?

Nothing. It was easy and straightforward to use. Initially the transaction failed, but customer service were quick to respond and gave me assurances that my money was safe and provided guidance on why the transaction failed and what I should do to fix the problem (which was an error on my part). What do you like best about Plane?

I find Plane's customer support very helpful, and the user interface of the website is pretty easy to manage and deal with. The initial setup was also very easy and took me less than five minutes to enter all my details and have my bank account set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Plane?

I had two small issues. One of them was regarding my bank account details; I didn't realize that I had entered them wrong because there was no confirmation. Also, I didn't receive any emails about the rejection of my payment on the first attempt, which is kind of annoying. So, I had to directly go to customer support to get help. What do you like best about Plane?

I appreciate how quickly everything is dealt with on Plane. My most recent payment was sent at 23:55 GMT, and by the next morning at 10:51 GMT, the money was already in my bank account. Everything is stored safely and recorded, which makes tax filing much easier. It's also easy to navigate and access for accounting, eliminating the need to store data in an Excel sheet or manage it with third parties. Plus, when I need to contact support, I'm not met with AI trying to resolve the problem, which is something every consumer dislikes. The initial setup was also very easy. It helps reduce uncertainty and builds trust between the employee and the company.

Sometimes, there’s a noticeable gap between the date payments are initiated and when the funds actually arrive in the bank account. While I understand that this can depend on banking networks and international transfers, it can still cause some uncertainty when trying to plan personal finances.

Another aspect that could be enhanced is real-time payment tracking or clearer status updates during the “processing” phase. Having more visibility into where the payment stands — for example, when it’s been sent, cleared, or pending bank confirmation — would make the experience even more reassuring.
